Vidigraph provides digital and technology services including, but not limited to, custom application development, AI solutions, digital art and design, music production, and IT infrastructure consulting. The scope of any specific project is defined by a separate written agreement between Vidigraph and the client.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the intellectual property of Vidigraph unless otherwise stated. Upon full payment for a project, clients receive the agreed licensing or ownership rights as specified in their contract.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and timely information required for project delivery
• Ensuring they have the legal right to share any materials provided to Vidigraph
• Reviewing and approving deliverables within agreed timelines
• Making payments according to the agreed schedule

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Vidigraph reserves the right to suspend work on any project where payment obligations are not met.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vidigraph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of a project, unless disclosure is required by law or mutually agreed in writing.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice as specified in the individual contract. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed to date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
